Brexit, the Border and the Economy
As we hurtle towards the April 2019 date for Britain leaving the EU, are we any clearer what impact Brexit will have on the border, soft or hard? If Britain leaves the single market and the free trade zone how can a border be avoided? Would such a border become a target for armed republicans? Would such a border lead to civil disobedience? Would Brexit lead to another economic recession on the island of Ireland? These are the questions to be considered by the panel.
Panellists include Martina Anderson, Sinn Féin, and Fine Gael senator Neale Richmond.
